There was a great atmosphere for the boys Senior night game last night against Jersey Shore. In the first half, junior Connor Poole got the Millionaires on the board first by sneaking his shot past a diving keeper and Williamsport took the one goal advantage into the break.
Unfortunately the bulldogs were able to net two second half goals for the lead. As Williamsport searched for the equalizer, they had shots hit the post, the crossbar, and had two others deflected by their stretched out keeper to secure their victory.
Seniors Jett Johnson, Jack Murafka, Zach Lake, Jack Fink, and Owen Kaar all played their final game at the Williamsport Soccer Complex last night. Williamsport is on the road on Thursday night against District 2 leading Dallas to finish out the regular season.
