District 4/6 AAA Singles Tournament at Altoona
On Tuesday, April 25th, Williamsport’s Shreshth Singh and Evan Beiter competed in the District Singles Tournament in Altoona, Pa.
As Williamsport’s #1 player, in Singh’s second appearance at a district singles tournament, he lost in the first round to Johnson of Hollidaysburg, 4-6, 1-6.
In Evan Beiter’s debut at the district singles tournament, he was matched up against number 3 seed, Mark Sandow. Beiter put up a great fight, but also lost his first round with a score of 1-6, 1-6. Sandow went on to collect a silver medal to compete his run in the tournament.
