The Millionaire varsity softball team defeated Central Mountain 16-13 in their season opener Tuesday at home. Emma Vollman, Brenna Beck, Ashlyn Robinson, Bailey Livermore Emily McAnelly and Zaelana Minor all had multiple hits, including a homerun by Zaelana Minor. Bailey Livermore pitched the complete game striking out 8.
The Millionaire JV softball team lost to Central Mountain 21-7, also their season opener Tuesday at home. Kate Solomon and Maddie Branham both had multiple hits, including Kate (who also played in the varsity game) hitting a 2-run homerun
